PRODUCT DESIGN WEBINARS

Presented by Fatima Ameer, who graduated from Yale-NUS College with a distinction in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, served as president of the Yale-NUS Consulting Society, and led various consulting programs where students innovated and built design ideas that provided sustainable solutions to real-world issues. Her experience in product design is incredibly vast spanning from finance to technology.

Presented by Charles Hu, a distinguished Business and Computer Science major of NYU Stern. Winner of the NYU Techstars Entrepreneurship Challenge and the Tsinghua Hackathon in 2023, Charles boasts a rich business acumen, having contributed to eight different companies and startups. He currently leads as the Director of Marketing at IvorySquare.

Presented by Hana Nabilah Fatinah, a computer science student at Yale-NUS College who began her journey as a data analyst and gradually transitioned into software engineering, where she had done several internships and participated in hackathons. Recently, Hana completed an internship at SAP, where she worked with cutting-edge technologies like LLM and Langchain.

Presented by Marc Herrera, a data scientist and AI researcher at the National University of Singapore whose work primarily involves using natural language processing to study how people behave and interact with each other in digital communities. He has previously interned in Dashlabs.ai (YC W21), where he led a project analyzing the company’s support channel, and is also an AI mentor at Deltaschool AI.

Presented by Brian Bedrick, a globally experienced executive who mentors students, teachers, and business leaders to help them clarify priorities and make better decisions. He has worked for large corporations such as GE and AT&T, global nonprofits, and founded a startup data analytics company. Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Rollins College. He specializes in data, entrepreneurship, education, and leadership development.

Presented by Anesha santhaman, CEO and founder of Likeable STEM, an educational company providing technology training to underprivileged communities, the creator/owner of #GotYourBack, an award-winning iOS app for managing food allergies, and is pursuing her Master of Information Systems Management at Carnegie Mellon University.

Presented by Daniel Salinas, creator of the Latitud VC Climate Report, and is a well-known and respected figure in the sustainability and environmentalism field having spoken at the World Biodiversity Forum and UN Climate Change Week, he is also a professor at Platzi (YC15) and mentor at Crimson Education.
